AN ASSESSMENT OF INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY “ICT” FACILITIES IN COMMERCIAL BANK.: This study surveyed an assessment of Information Communication Technology “ICT” Facilities in Commercial Bank. It is also recommended that, there is need for government to create a national commission on banks to be responsible for coordinating and promoting banks department, training and acquisition in the country.
