THE EFFECT OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE: This study is on the effect of knowledge management on organizational performance. The objectives of the study are: to determine if there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance; to investigate how business organizations that implement knowledge management achieve better results than organizations that do not; to examine the extent to which management of knowledge can build and maintain customer loyalty when knowledge management is implemented in an organization; to determine how organizations manage knowledge. The study had a population of 960 out of which a sample size of 282 responded. The instruments for data collection were structured questionnaire and interview.
